MUVA PROJECT: Moving together for social reintegration in people with a severe mental illness.

Patients with a psychiatric disorder have difficulty in spending their leisure time. They indicate that they like to do sports. However, they fail doing so due to external factors in combination with clinical symptoms. This often results in social isolation and a negative impact on health. This study investigates personalized interventions that can be implemented effectively in daily practice.

Measurements are at the following time points in months:
Cluster 1: -3, 0, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18
Cluster 2: -6, -3, 0, 6, 9, 12, 15
Cluster 3: -9, -6, -3, 0, 6, 9, 12
Cluster 4: -21, -18, -15, -9, -6, -3, 0

For clusters 1-3 at time points 0 and 12 and for cluster 4 at time points -21 and -6 the following measurements are done:
1. SFS
2. WHOQOL-BREF
3. BSI
4. IPAQ
5. Walking pattern
6. Cholesterol, glucose level
7. Blood pressure

At all time points the SFS is done. At the other measurements BSI or WHOQOL-BREF is filled in, the order is randomized.
