Background summary
Many diagnoses in DSM5 necessitate the presence of the general criterion that
disorder-specific symptoms *cause clinically significant distress*. If someone
is not distressed by decreased or absent of sexual interest, there is no sexual
dysfunction. It is readily apparent that this is an important feature of a
diagnosis, but what is less apparent is the relationship between experienced
distress and different symptoms of the diagnosis FSIAD. It is likely that
patients differ in the level of discomfort they experience per symptom. Such a
difference may impact the requirements patients have concerning a
pharmacotherapy*s administration properties.
Study objective
1. To determine which FSIAD symptoms cause the most distress
2. To determine which mode of medication administration is preferred and fits
their problems best.
Study design
All participants will receive access to an electronic questionnaire.
Study burden and risks
Questionnaire with some questions that may be considered invasive.
